Dave

Owner, Head HVAC Technician

Dave launched TruTemp in 2016 after years of hands-on experience in heating, cooling, and mechanical systems. With a career that began in 2009, he brings over a decade of industry knowledge and a strong mechanical background to every project. Dave holds a state boiler license, welding certification, and EPA certification, along with an associate degree in science. As the owner and operator, Dave is passionate about delivering quality service and making sure every customer feels confident and cared for. Outside of work, you'll find him at the racetrack, building cars, or cheering on his kids at their sporting events. His dedication to both his work and his family defines everything he does.

Justine

Owner, Office Manager

Justine has been part of TruTemp since day one; wearing just about every hat you can think of. From helping with installs and running parts to managing social media, HR, and everything in between, she’s played a key role in growing TruTemp alongside her husband, Dave. What started as a big dream has turned into a thriving, family-run business built on hard work, grit, and zero outside funding. With a college degree in Law Enforcement and firefighting training, Justine brings a strong sense of structure and service to everything she does. She’s also a volunteer firefighter, youth softball coach, and proud supporter of local sports programs. When she’s not working, she’s either at the ballfield cheering on their four kids or out racing with Dave on the weekends. What really sets Justine apart is her heart. She’s passionate about leading by example, showing her kids what it means to work hard, stay kind, and never stop chasing your goals.
